Plan and form builder

weForms Personal is one of four paid weForms plans, alongside Business, Professional, and Developer. weForms is a WordPress form builder with a single-page drag-and-drop editor and real-time preview. Start with a predefined template or add and tailor fields, then review the form as you work.

You can create unlimited forms for tasks such as contact inquiries, support requests, event registration, job applications, reservations, and feedback. The builder includes more than 20 custom fields, including address fields and multi-choose boxes. Forms are responsive for computers, phones, and tablets.

Fields and form behavior

Across its paid plans, weForms lists advanced fields, a country list field, file uploads, conditional logic, multistep forms, calculations, quizzes, and geolocation tracking. These options can collect structured details or display fields based on a user’s responses. Custom CSS, HTML blocks, section dividers, filters, and hooks provide further ways to adjust or extend forms.

Form options include entry limits, scheduling, an expiration date, and login requirements. After submission, a form can redirect visitors to a page or custom URL. AJAX submission sends entries without a page refresh.

Submissions and notifications

Review entries in the WordPress dashboard, and export form entries or form definitions. Email notifications can use custom messages and HTML templates, with multiple notifications configured for a form. Listed paid-plan options also include SMS notifications and PDF form submissions for printable copies of collected entries.

Anti-spam options include reCAPTCHA and supported integrations. weForms can also notify a team through Slack when a form receives an entry.

Integrations

Listed email marketing integrations include MailChimp, MailPoet, AWeber, Constant Contact, Campaign Monitor, GetResponse, and ConvertKit. Payment integrations include PayPal and Stripe. CRM integrations include Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, and WP ERP.

For productivity and process tasks, listed integrations include Google Analytics, Zapier, Google Sheets, and Trello. These connections can pass form data to supported services or create follow-up tasks, depending on the integration.

Build, publish, and maintain forms

  1. Choose a predefined template or start a new form.
  2. Add fields with the drag-and-drop builder and configure their properties.
  3. Set any field conditions, submission limits, schedule, or expiration date.
  4. Preview the form and adjust its layout and behavior.
  5. Configure notifications, redirects, and any supported integrations.
  6. Publish the form with the weForms block or a shortcode, then review submissions in the dashboard.

Forms can be imported or exported, including form definitions in JSON. Available import tools can also bring in forms from other form plugins.
