Registrations for the Events Calendar Pro adds registration workflows to WordPress websites using The Events Calendar. It supports events such as classes, workshops, tournaments, webinars, sports club activities and venue bookings. Registration entries are stored in the WordPress database for event managers to review and manage.

Forms, fields and attendee settings

Create multiple forms for an event with the drag-and-drop builder. Add drop-down menus, number fields, checkboxes, radio buttons, dates, file uploads or paragraph fields to collect information for each event. Place a form on its event page, or elsewhere on the website with a shortcode or block.

Guest registration lets one person register multiple attendees. Registration types can have different price levels and limits. Attendees can edit their own registrations, and logged-in visitors can view a list of their registered events.

Pricing, payments and capacity

Set multiple costs for an event or vary prices based on form responses. For paid registrations, the extension supports online payments using PayPal; Stripe, iDEAL and WooCommerce extensions are available. Offline payment management lets organizers track arrangements handled outside online checkout.

Set an overall registration limit for an event and create a waiting list that promotes attendees automatically when places become available.

Messages and attendance

Use multiple confirmation email templates for different registration situations. Scheduled messages can send reminders and follow-ups, and organizers can send emails manually from the WordPress dashboard. Attendees can cancel through a secure link sent by email.

Check-in and attendance tracking tools support event-day administration. Connecting an event series to a single registration requires The Events Calendar Pro.

Manage registrations in the WordPress dashboard, import records in bulk from CSV and download customizable registration reports as CSV files.

Setup

Install and activate Registrations for the Events Calendar Pro alongside The Events Calendar. If The Events Calendar is missing, install it through the onboarding setup wizard. Create a registration form, pick its fields and options, then choose where it should appear. Forms can display on an event page or on another page through a shortcode or block.

Before publishing, configure the event's pricing, registration limits, payment settings, email templates, waiting-list rules and deadline as needed.
