Team Members PRO adds profile display and team management settings to a WordPress site. Add each person’s first and last name, position, bio, photo, and social links in the Teams section of the admin panel, then display the team on a page with a shortcode.

Arrange team profiles

Choose to display one to five members per line, set the display order to default or random, and reorder members to control their sequence. For each profile, you can use a full-width picture, conceal the member, or show additional information in a reveal box.

Adjust photos and profile details

Set a various picture to appear when visitors hover over a member, apply picture filters, and equalize member heights. Per-member color options let you pick a color treatment for individual profiles. Members can also have two additional social links alongside their other profile details.

Move members between teams

Import or export members from one team to another when arranging people into departments, project groups, or other teams. Social links can include services such as Facebook, X, and Instagram.

Set up a team display

1. Open the Teams section and add each member’s profile information.
2. Reorder members, choose how many appear per line, and set the display order.
3. Apply image, color, visibility, or reveal-box options as needed.
4. Use import or export to move members between teams.
5. Place the team on a page with its shortcode.
