WP Simple Pay Pro connects Stripe to WordPress through standalone payment forms. Use it for one-time payments, donations, subscriptions, installment plans, or services with an initial setup fee. It works with Stripe and does not integrate with WooCommerce or Easy Digital Downloads.

Choose a checkout flow and build a form

Embedded and overlay forms keep checkout on your site; hosted Stripe Checkout works with desktop, tablet, and mobile. Start with a pre-made template or use the drag-and-drop builder. Add custom fields, billing or shipping addresses, and file uploads. Custom field entries are stored as metadata with the related Stripe payment record.

Set a fixed amount or let customers enter an amount, with optional minimum and default values. Configure coupon codes for percentage or amount-off discounts, tax rates, custom receipt emails, free trials, and setup fees. You can also split payments into installments.

Payment methods and recurring plans

Custom forms support Apple Pay and Google Pay, as well as ACH debit for U.S. bank accounts, SEPA Direct Debit, Bacs Direct Debit, Bancontact, GrabPay, Klarna, and Afterpay or Clearpay. Stripe Checkout also lists Alipay, WeChat Pay, BECS Direct Debit, BLIK, FPX, Giropay, iDEAL, MobilePay, PIX, Przelewy24, and PromptPay. Its listed coverage includes more than 30 languages, 45 countries, and 135 currencies.

For recurring payments, customers can choose subscription plans in forms. Pro includes customer-managed subscriptions through Stripe, renewal reminders, custom subscription periods, and cancellation messages. Subscription templates are available; plans can also include an initial setup fee or free trial. Installment plans can end a subscription after a set number of charges.

Review payments and connect your website

The WordPress dashboard includes searchable, filterable transaction and subscription lists. One-time payments can be exported, and their detail views show payment breakdowns, methods, receipts, and submitted form data. Subscription entries include the next renewal date, and existing Stripe subscriptions are imported in the background.

WP Simple Pay Pro also lists integrations with AffiliateWP, Divi, and Elementor, plus developer tools for custom integrations. Stripe Radar provides fraud protection and spam prevention. Stripe Checkout forms are described as PCI DSS compliant and SCA-ready. Connect the extension to Stripe, create a form, pick its payment options and fields, then place it on your site with a shortcode. Pro includes access to one-on-one support and documentation. The extension adds no transaction fee with Pro; Lite adds a 3% fee per transaction, and Stripe fees also apply.
