Catalog display
ELEX WooCommerce Catalog Mode, Wholesale & Role Based Pricing Premium combines catalog controls with pricing options for WooCommerce. Catalog mode can conceal product prices, remove the standard Add-to-Cart button, or replace the purchase button with a custom button. These controls apply to product pages and the shop page.
For selected products, a custom button can use a specified URL, including a destination on another site or an affiliate website. This gives clients a way to view products, continue to another sales channel, or make an enquiry instead of using the regular cart action. Stores may also hide prices while revising them or updating stock information, or when prices should not appear to certain visitors.
Pricing for various audiences
The Premium feature set includes wholesale, role-based, category, and customer-specific pricing. It also includes WooCommerce request-a-quote functionality and role-based sales tax options.
- Set role-based prices for simple and variable products on their product pages.
- Apply a discount or markup to the sale price alone.
- Support simple, variable, and grouped products.
- Add or remove WordPress and WooCommerce user roles.
- Hide individual products from selected user roles.
- Use additional customization options on individual product pages.
These settings let a store configure different commercial terms for distinct audiences. For example, it can use catalog mode for visitors while applying separate pricing rules to particular roles, wholesale customers, or individual customers.
Setup and review
Install the extension in WordPress and start with the general catalog settings. Then configure buttons, product visibility, and pricing rules for individual products, roles, categories, or customers as needed.
Review product and shop pages after setting the rules to check the button, price, and visibility behavior. Refine role-based prices, sale-price discounts or markups, tax options, and quote settings as the WooCommerce process develops.
Additional support
The Premium feature set includes WPML support, compatibility updates, bug fixes, and Premium Support. A Premium live demo is available to review the functionality.
