WooCommerce admin, email and storefront
For the store dashboard, settings cover WooCommerce Admin, Analytics, the Home screen and individual WooCommerce Admin capabilities. You can also turn off the Marketing Hub and related promotions, disable WooCommerce Guide Emails, remove “Get the App” content from emails and disable WooCommerce email notifications.
Back-end controls include the WooCommerce Status meta box, Dashboard Setup widget, new Product Editor and WooCommerce Blocks. Storefront settings cover WooCommerce widgets, scripts and styles, cart fragments, WooCommerce Blocks and unnecessary Stripe scripts. Some extensions, including Google Listings & Ads, may rely on WooCommerce Admin. Disabling it can affect those extensions, so check their functions afterward.
WordPress admin and login
Admin settings can hide update notices from non-admin users, disable editor autosave and dashboard widgets, and remove the WordPress logo from the admin bar or admin footer text. Login options can hide the WordPress logo, change its link and title parameter, or disable the language switcher.
WordPress performance and core controls
Available settings include the password strength meter, comments script loading, front-end Dashicons, emoji scripts and wp-embed. PRO options include removing the DNS prefetch to s.w.org, disabling jQuery Migrate and sidebar widgets, and removing the Meta Generator tag.
Other controls cover RSS feed links and feeds, the RSS generator tag, the Windows Live Writer manifest link and the HTTP header shortlink. WordPress core options include XML-RPC, post revisions, the built-in file editor, theme and extension auto-updates, core updates, application passwords, the Heartbeat API, the REST API and Gutenberg features. PRO availability varies by setting.
Third-party plugin settings
Controls for supported extensions include Jetpack installation notices, promotions and Blaze; Elementor’s dashboard widget and Google Fonts package; the SkyVerge dashboard; Yoast ads, premium notices, admin bar items and HTML comments; UpdraftPlus on the admin toolbar; the Advanced Custom Fields admin menu; the WPML Meta Generator tag; Flexible Shipping’s extensions menu entry; the WP Desk dashboard widget; and Contact Form 7 JavaScript and CSS.
