S2W - Import Shopify to WooCommerce Pro transfers Shopify products and store data into a WooCommerce store. The API connection supports the broader store migration. Pro also imports products from CSV when you are not using the API; CSV is an option for products, while the other store data described here uses the API connection.

Pro includes the free version’s features and adds product selection, automated updates, and imports for additional store entries. You can use it for an initial migration, then configure selected updates if product or order information needs to be refreshed.

Product imports

Import unlimited products with variations, current stock and prices, categories, product pictures, galleries, and variation images. Images are queued for import to help avoid overloading the server. Set imported products to publish, pending, or draft, and select an import sequence by title, created date, or updated date.

Select products by Shopify product ID or filter them by product type, collection ID, published-before date, and published-after date. Product data can include metafields such as SEO titles and descriptions, plus barcode, vendor, and product type information. For barcode, vendor, and product type, choose which product meta or taxonomy receives the imported value.

Images within product descriptions can also be migrated, with their source URLs replaced after transfer. Product updates can cover images, title, inventory, description, price, SKU, attributes, and slug.

Other store data

• Orders: Import payment and shipping methods; customer names, contact details, and addresses; totals, taxes, discounts, shipping costs, currency, and dates; line items, discount codes, order numbers, fulfillment details, browser IP, and customer visitor agent. Choose an order import sequence and filter orders by created or imported date. Update order status, date, and fulfillment details, and schedule automatic order updates.
• Store settings: Transfer the site title, admin email, store address, timezone, weight unit, and currency code and format.
• Shipping and taxes: Migrate shipping zones and methods, plus tax names, rates, locations, and shipping tax settings.
• Pages and blogs: Transfer page titles and content, along with blog titles, content, categories, tags, and featured images.
• Coupons: Import supported coupon types, amounts, usage limits, expiry dates, minimum amounts, and related settings.
• Customers: Import names, phone numbers, company details, and address information.

Updates and transfer review

Webhooks can automatically import or update new products, orders, and customers. Scheduled product updates can refresh prices or quantities, while product update options cover the fields listed above.

Migration logs let you review the transfer. If requests fail, you can adjust the number of products processed per AJAX request in the extension settings to help avoid bad request errors.

Set up the migration

Install and activate WooCommerce and S2W in WordPress. For API imports, obtain your Shopify API credentials and enter them in the extension settings. Choose the data to migrate, then configure product status, import sequence, filters, and image options before starting. For product imports without the API, use the CSV option. Review the migration logs after the transfer, then configure webhooks or scheduled updates if you need ongoing updates.
