Smart Post Pro is the paid edition of Smart Post for creating post carousels and grids in WordPress. Choose a layout and configure it for a blog, magazine, news site, portfolio, business website, or another content-focused website. Displays are responsive and work on mobile and touch devices, and you can set them up without coding skills.

Choose which content appears

Each display can include posts or pages selected by post type, post or page ID, taxonomy, category, tag, post format, author, keyword, or status. Set the sort order by ID, title, date, or modified date. These controls let you prepare sections for recent news, a category, an author, or a selected group of articles.

Place a show in the right location

After configuring a carousel or grid, copy its generated shortcode into a post, page, widget, or another suitable area of your WordPress website. For template placement, use the available PHP function in a template or PHP file, such as a homepage or header template.

Keep options separate

Create multiple carousels and grids, each with its own layout, content selection, filters, and sorting preferences. This lets you use different options for featured stories, recent posts, selected categories, and author content. Existing Post Carousel or Grid content remains available when you upgrade to the premium version.

Theme and language compatibility

Smart Post works with WordPress themes that follow WordPress standards. It is translation-ready and compatible with WPML, Polylang, Loco Translate, qTranslate-x, GTranslate, Google Language Translator, and WPGlobus.
