Thank You Page for WooCommerce PRO directs customers to a custom page or URL after checkout, replacing the default WooCommerce Order Received page. A destination can provide course access information, download or setup instructions, event details, membership welcome content, donation acknowledgments, or a post-purchase offer.

Choose a destination from order conditions

Set a global destination for successful or failed orders, or add product-specific redirect URLs. If several products in an order have redirect URLs, set a redirect priority to determine which destination takes precedence. The global redirect is used when no per-product URL is specified.

PRO rules can select a thank you page or redirect based on products, product categories, product variations, product tags, product types, payment gateways, visitor roles, shipping methods, or global store rules.

Personalize pages and URLs

Use personalization shortcodes for the order number, customer first and last names, email, phone number, customer details, order total, customer notes, payment method, order date, shipping address, and the GMC review form. For order details, use [TRFW_ORDER_DETAILS], or choose a template with [TRFW_ORDER_DETAILS template="classic"] or [TRFW_ORDER_DETAILS template="modern"].

URL personalization works with [order_number], [billing_first_name], [billing_last_name], and [billing_email].

Compatibility and setup

PRO includes the base add-on functionality for WordPress Multisite. It is compatible with WooCommerce Subscriptions and WooCommerce Donations, and supports translated URL redirects with WPML and Polylang. Listed integrations and compatibility include Trustpilot, WooCommerce Checkout Manager, Approve Orders for WooCommerce, Mollie for WooCommerce, Paytrail for WooCommerce, PixelYourSite Facebook, and Google Tag Manager DataLayer.

To set up a destination, create a WordPress page or choose an existing one. In the add-on settings, enter its URL as the Thank You Page destination and save. To direct different orders to different destinations, create rules and assign a page or URL based on the relevant conditions.
