ASE Pro extends Admin and Site Enhancements with tools for structuring content, setting display order, controlling duplication, and managing media in WordPress. Install the package, then enable and configure the modules your website needs.

Define and reorganize content

Custom Content Types registers custom post types, custom taxonomies, custom field groups, and options pages. It integrates with Bricks, Breakdance, Oxygen, and Elementor, and works with various block themes and plugins. It integrates with WPML and works with TranslatePress for multilingual websites.

Post Type Switcher moves one or more posts to a various post type. Content Duplication duplicates pages, posts, and public custom post types. ASE Pro adds controls for selecting which visitor roles can duplicate content, which public or non-public post types are available, and where duplication links appear.

Order posts and terms

Content Order uses drag-and-drop ordering for hierarchical post types. In Pro, it also supports non-hierarchical post types, including media and attachments. You can reorder child posts, change their parent, and apply a custom order on the frontend. Content Order is compatible with WPML.

Terms Order lets you drag and drop terms and child terms from various taxonomies. The selected order can be applied on the frontend, and the feature is compatible with WPML.

Organize and replace media

Media Categories adds hierarchical categories to the media library, with drag-and-drop categorization and WPML compatibility. Media Replacement replaces media files while keeping existing links intact. Pro adds replacement from the media library grid, support for a different file type or name, and replacement of image sub-sizes inside posts and options.

Media Files Visibility Control limits which media files non-administrators see in the library. ASE Pro lets you pick which non-administrator roles receive this restriction; administrators can see all media files.

ASE Pro also supports sanitized SVG uploads and can enable AVIF uploads in the Media Library.

Set up the modules

After installing ASE Pro in WordPress, open the extension settings and enable the modules for your workflow. Configure content types, ordering, duplication permissions, and media controls to match your site structure and user roles.
