Choose records by their conditions
Bulk Delete PRO is the paid edition of Bulk Delete. It processes groups of WordPress records that match selected conditions, including posts, pages, customers, attachments, revisions and meta fields. For supported post and page operations, you can move matches to the trash or delete them permanently.
Filter posts and pages
Post rules can match categories, tags, custom taxonomies, post types, comment counts, URLs, authors or visitor roles. PRO adds rules for custom fields, titles, duplicate titles, post content, attachment presence and posts in the trash. You can also choose posts by status, including published, draft, pending, private and scheduled posts.
Page rules cover published, draft, pending, private, scheduled and trashed pages. Supported post and page rules can be narrowed by date, public or private visibility, or a maximum number of records. Date filters select posts or pages older or newer than a chosen number of days. Scheduling is available for supported post and page deletion.
Delete other records
- Users can be selected by role, user meta fields, last login period or registration date.
- Delete all post revisions or remove attachments with PRO.
- Remove post, comment or user meta fields.
- Delete Jetpack Contact Form messages.
Set up a deletion rule
Install and activate Bulk Delete in WordPress, then open its administration settings. Choose the section for the record type, select a deletion condition and add filters to narrow the matches. For supported post and page rules, select trash or permanent deletion, or set a schedule where available.
If the administration page is blank
A blank page during work on a very large post set can be caused by limited server resources. Check the PHP error log for a timeout or memory error to identify the likely cause. For large sites, you can also disable unused add-on sections through Screen Options.
