Caddy Pro extends Caddy’s WooCommerce side cart with cart tracking, rewards, workflow rules, and display controls. The responsive drawer slides in from the edge of the screen, where shoppers can review products, change quantities, apply coupons, and continue to checkout without loading a separate cart page. Cart operations use the WooCommerce Store API for reactive updates and server-synced cart state. Caddy uses the WordPress Interactivity API and has no jQuery dependency.

Track cart activity and set offers

• Cart analytics: Review cart activity in the Pro dashboard.
• Reward levels: Create multiple tiers with free shipping, free gifts, or discounts.
• Automated processes: Trigger product recommendations, popup notifications, or automatically applied coupons based on cart contents, cart total, product categories, page, or customer role.
• Recommendation rules: Set product exclusions and fallback rules, and hide out-of-stock products from recommendations.
• Subscription upsells: Show in-cart subscription upsells when using the All Products for WooCommerce Subscriptions extension.

Choose cart messages and placement

Add an announcement bar to the cart, display notices when products or saved entries are added or removed, promote custom coupon offers, and set a welcome message for new visitors. Caddy Pro includes seven cart icon styles and more than 30 color options. You can reposition the floating cart bubble, hide Caddy on specific pages, and set exclusions for the free shipping meter.

For saved items, show save-for-later buttons on product pages and shop archives, and adjust their placement on shop archives. Save for later is available to logged-in users.

Cart utilities included with Caddy

The underlying cart includes a free shipping progress meter, in-cart upsells and cross-sells, quick AJAX add-to-cart actions from shop and archive pages, and a floating cart bubble with a live quantity indicator. Shoppers can manage quantities and apply coupon codes in the side cart. Navigation links, Elementor widgets, and custom CSS are also available.

Compatibility and setup

Caddy is documented as compatible with most themes and extensions. Tested examples include WooCommerce Subscriptions, WooCommerce Product Bundles, All Products for WooCommerce Subscriptions, Elementor, and Divi, along with GeneratePress, Flatsome, Astra, Hello Elementor, Kadence, OceanWP, and Storefront.
