Choose a notification for the message

FooBar Pro lets you manage unlimited notifications from one WordPress administration area. An Announcement displays a message with an optional link. A Call To Action pairs a message with button text and a destination URL. A Cookie Notice can present cookie information with an accept button, supporting communication related to EU GDPR cookie law and CCPA regulations.

Pro adds four notification types to those formats. Choose Sign Up to capture email addresses and add them to a Mailchimp list. A Countdown pairs a timer with a call-to-action button for a time-sensitive promotion. Tweet offers a click-to-Tweet button, while Free Shipping displays a message using your WooCommerce store options.

Set the appearance and behavior

Adjust the bar's appearance with gradient backgrounds, font sizes, icons, emoji, and custom CSS. Choose its placement from up to 12 positions, including left and right positions. Effects can draw attention to a bar, open it, or encourage interaction with its buttons.

Open and close triggers can respond to exit intent, a time delay, scroll distance, and other configured conditions. Choose triggers based on how the notice should appear or be dismissed.

Control when and where a bar appears

Set start and end dates and times to schedule a notification. Visibility conditions can target a post type, selected pages, or categories. These settings let you display a campaign message on relevant parts of the website while keeping it off other content.

Preview notifications in the WordPress administration area or on the frontend. You can also duplicate a notification from the admin listing page to create another bar with similar settings.

Create and preview a notification

Install FooBar Pro through the WordPress administration area and activate it. Create a notification, choose its type, then add the message and any link, button, or notice details. Configure its appearance, position, triggers, schedule, and visibility conditions. Preview the result in the admin area or on the frontend before publishing. For a custom presentation, enter CSS in the custom CSS setting.
