Prepare exports for store workflows

Order Export for WooCommerce PRO makes XLS, XLSX, or CSV files from WooCommerce data. Filter orders to include the entries you need, choose the fields for the file, then download the export with one click. Exports can include both orders and products for review or use in a spreadsheet.

PRO includes additional order fields and export options for customer data, shipping data, coupon data, categories, and tags. Select the information that fits each task, such as reviewing order details or preparing customer, shipping, or coupon records.

Organize fields and column names

Drag and drop columns to set their order in the export. On the export page, enter a preferred name for each column header or keep its default name. Changed headers are used in the next export.

Download now or schedule exports

Download a file when you need a one-time export. For recurring exports, configure a schedule. Scheduled files can be delivered by email or made available directly from the WooCommerce store.
