Revive Old Post Pro, also presented as Revive Social PRO, automates sharing WordPress content with connected social accounts. Choose what each account can share, then set how and when updates are published. The extension can circulate older posts as well as new content.

Choose content for each account

Share posts and pages, along with custom post types such as WooCommerce products, BigCommerce products, recipes, and books. Connect multiple social media accounts and set account-specific exclusions for posts, categories, tags, and custom taxonomies.

For a post, you can create multiple share variations, including versions with custom pictures. Revive Social can choose a variation to share. Hashtags can be generated from the post's tags, categories, or custom fields.

Set when WordPress content is shared

Schedule shares for selected days and times. When WordPress publishes a future-dated post, Revive Old Post Pro can share it to connected social accounts. Review each account's publishing options before enabling automatic sharing.

Connect social networks and RSS feeds

Supported network processes include Facebook Pages and Groups, X, Instagram, LinkedIn Profiles and Company Pages, Tumblr, Google My Business, VK Profiles and Communities, Telegram, Mastodon, and Bluesky. Some networks and publishing settings require the Pro edition.

RSS sharing uses the Revive Network addon to send feed items from other sites to connected social accounts. Feed items shared to Instagram need to include an image.

Share content across languages

WPML, Polylang, and TranslatePress support provides options for multilingual sites, including sharing translated posts to their respective social accounts.

Configure automatic sharing

Install Revive Old Post Pro in WordPress, connect the social accounts you plan to use, and select the content types and networks for sharing. Then configure the schedule, variations, exclusions, hashtags, RSS feeds, and multilingual options you need. Check the publishing settings for each connected account before turning on automatic distribution.
