Store records in a spreadsheet-style grid

Smart Manager Pro is a bulk editing and inventory management tool for WooCommerce and WordPress. Its spreadsheet-style grid lets store owners, managers, agencies, and freelancers search, filter, sort, review, and update records from the WordPress dashboard.

Choose a record type to work with products, variations, orders, subscriptions, memberships, bookings, coupons, users, media, courses, events, SEO fields, and other available WordPress data. Custom post types, taxonomies, and custom fields are supported where available.

Product and inventory fields

Bulk updates cover simple and variable products, variations, subscriptions, bundles, grouped products, and custom products. Depending on the record, editable fields include titles, prices, sale prices, stock, SKUs, attributes, tax, and categories. Inventory changes can update stock quantities, stock status, backorders, and related settings based on a category, attribute, or other condition.

SKU auto-generation and bulk attribute assignment are also available. Operations include appending or prepending text, increasing or decreasing values, search and replace, and copying data between fields. The product description reports updates to more than 100,000 records using these operations.

Orders, coupons, and CSV processes

Use unlimited inline editing for records such as order statuses, coupon expiry dates, and featured pictures. Order and subscription workflows include status changes, CSV export, scheduling, and actions to add, remove, or copy line entries. Coupon fields include amounts, expiry dates, and usage limits.

Advanced CSV export can use filters, and product CSV import can update a catalog. Custom column sets and saved views help focus an editing session on the fields and records you need.

Search, scheduled changes, and history

• Find records with advanced AND/OR search or AI-powered search, then save searches and custom views.
• Schedule bulk edits to run automatically or in the background, including subscription price synchronization.
• Review edit history and undo inline or bulk changes, including edits from third-party utilities or REST APIs.
• Use distraction-free mode and infinite scrolling for longer editing sessions.
• Work with WooCommerce High-Performance Order Storage and WPML for multilingual store workflows.

These controls can be used for catalog price changes, inventory corrections, order updates, coupon preparation, and maintenance across different WordPress record types.

Install and start editing

Install and activate Smart Manager Pro in WordPress, then open Smart Manager from the administration area. Select a record type, such as products, orders, coupons, or users, and use the grid to search, filter, edit, export, or schedule an operation.

For a focused workflow, first pick the relevant columns or a saved view. Review the filtered records, apply inline or batch changes, and use edit history to review or undo changes when needed.
