Contact channels
Available options include WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Viber, Line, Email, Telegram, VKontakte, SMS, Phone Call, WeChat, Skype, Snapchat, LinkedIn, Twitter, Slack, Instagram, Waze, Google Maps, Signal, TikTok, Contact Form, Discord, Microsoft Teams, Zalo, and custom links. Waze and Google Maps can direct users to a location, while custom links can point to selected pages or resources.
Widget layout and show
Add unlimited channel buttons and adjust colors, fonts, icons, size, and position. Arrange channels vertically or horizontally, and choose whether to display them on desktop, mobile, or both. The widget also supports custom call-to-action text, a pending message badge, a contact form, and a dedicated WhatsApp widget.
Display triggers can show the widget on scroll, after a delay, or when a user tries to exit. Animation choices include fade, slide, spin, pulse, bounce, and more.
Pro controls
Pro adds custom icons and images, precise positioning, page targeting, and custom IDs or classes for CSS styling. Set day and time rules or date schedules, and target visibility by country. Pro also includes Google Analytics integration, custom contact form fields such as text inputs, dropdowns, and file uploads, lead integrations with Mailchimp, Mailjet, and other email marketing tools, email forwarding, and an autoresponder.
