The RAG knowledge base can use site pages, posts, custom post types, and sitemap links. Document sources include PDF, XML, CSV, and JSON files. A visual conversational form builder lets you create intake flows, applications, surveys, and other multi-step forms with conditional pathways. Google Calendar scheduling can let visitors book appointments, consultations, or reservations in the chat.

AI Actions use prompts to create interactions for tasks such as agency quote requests, lead qualification, real estate inquiries, SaaS demo bookings, wholesale requests, and admissions or job qualification.

The Automator uses a drag-and-drop process builder to combine triggers, actions, and conditions. Triggers include WordPress actions, WooCommerce events, and form submissions. Available actions include creating customers, sending emails, updating posts, and managing products. Filters and conditional logic control when a workflow runs. Test workflows before activation, then organize, activate, deactivate, or duplicate them in the workflow manager.

Commerce tools can show WooCommerce products and catalogs in chat, let shoppers view product details and add items to a cart, and display active shipping order statuses. Pro functions also include offsite abandoned-cart recovery and onsite messages triggered by behavior such as exit intent or page scrolling.

AI Marketing tools can organize contacts with lists and tags, schedule personalized campaigns, and create automated email sequences. AI can help draft email templates, subject lines, and preview text; built-in analytics track opens and clicks.

Connect channels and manage agency websites

Pro channel and integration options include Messenger, Instagram, Telegram, WhatsApp, Zapier, WebHooks, Fluent CRM, HubSpot CRM, and MailChimp. Listed Pro features also include integrated live chat support, chat history logs, analysis, AI Insights, and onsite and offsite retargeting.
