Google feed types and other channels
The plugin supports seven Google feed types: Primary, Supplemental, Promotions, Local Inventory, Manufacturer Center, Dynamic Remarketing, and Product Ratings. Primary feeds can carry the main catalog; Supplemental feeds can add or override product data. Promotions feeds support sales and special offers, and Local Inventory feeds can show in-shop availability. Manufacturer Center feeds cover brand-level product data. Dynamic Remarketing and Product Ratings feeds support their respective uses.
Pro also includes feed settings for Amazon, eBay, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and Etsy.
Map and filter product data
Required attributes are mapped automatically, and you can review or personalize those mappings. Edit rules transform product data as feeds are generated. Filters exclude products from selected feeds; Pro's advanced filtering logic gives you additional control over which products and attributes appear.
Variable products can export their variations with their own prices, pictures, and attributes. Custom fields, including ACF fields, can be mapped to feed attributes. The extension also works with Yoast, RankMath, WooCommerce Brands, Germanized, and currency switchers. WordPress hooks let developers customize data fields.
Create and refresh a feed
- Choose the feed type that matches its intended use.
- Review or customize the pre-filled required attributes, then configure mappings and filters.
- Generate the feed URL and add it to the relevant channel.
- Set an update schedule so the feed can be regenerated as product data changes.
For Google Merchant Center, the URL can be added as a scheduled fetch so Merchant Center retrieves refreshed feed data on its schedule.
Multilingual store support
Pro provides multilingual support for WPML, Polylang, and TranslatePress, for stores managing products in multiple languages.
Optional admin functions
Two optional functions make HTTPS requests from the WordPress administration area. When the Feed List content check is used, it checks for new blog or vlog content and fetches a featured image. The request contains no personal information, though the remote server receives standard request metadata such as the IP address, visitor agent, and referrer. The optional checklist sign-up sends an email address, first name, and last name only when submitted, to deliver the checklist. The email includes an unsubscribe link.
