Blacklist Manager Premium extends Blacklist Manager for WooCommerce stores handling recurring abuse, suspicious orders, spam registrations, or unwanted submissions. It adds automated decisions and additional signals for investigating activity across orders, customers, devices, and payments.

The Core plugin manages local rules for email addresses, phone numbers, IP addresses, and email domains. These rules can apply at WooCommerce checkout, registration, comments, product reviews, supported forms, and WooCommerce REST API order creation. Core also owns checkout email verification.

Assess risk and handle orders

Risk scoring evaluates blacklist, identity, IP, address, payment, device, and order-pattern signals. Automation rules can mark orders as suspected, blocked, or requiring review. Advanced blocking can use customer name, address, device, disposable email, disposable phone, country, VPN, and proxy signals.

Device identity checks can link repeat activity across emails, phone numbers, IP addresses, addresses, and accounts. These signals help identify patterns when individual details change between attempts. Administrators can use suspect and review processes for cases that need attention.

Payment checks and phone verification

Premium adds payment intelligence for Stripe, PayPal, Mollie, Braintree, and WooPayments, along with AVS, card country, and payer mismatch signals. These checks can be considered with other order information when configuring fraud-prevention workflows.

Phone OTP and SMS transport through Twilio or TextMagic are Premium features. Checkout email verification remains part of Core, so stores can use its email verification process alongside Premium phone checks when needed.

Administration and integrations

Premium includes activity logs, import and export utilities, cleanup tools, permissions, and multi-store synchronization. Its additional integrations and utilities include CAPTCHA, IP intelligence, geocoding, and email validation. Supported services include Cloudflare, reCAPTCHA, hCaptcha, IP-api, BigDataCloud, ZeroBounce, NumCheckr, Google Maps, Twilio, and TextMagic. Payment integrations include WooCommerce Stripe Gateway, Payment Plugins for Stripe WooCommerce, WooCommerce PayPal Payments, Payment Plugins for PayPal WooCommerce, Braintree for WooCommerce, Mollie Payments for WooCommerce, and WooPayments.

These tools support reviewing decisions, managing stored data, and coordinating protection options across store operations.

Checkout and form compatibility

Blacklist Manager works with WooCommerce Classic Checkout, WooCommerce Checkout Blocks, and many third-party checkout extensions that use standard WooCommerce checkout and order-creation flows. Supported form integrations include Contact Form 7, Gravity Forms, and WPForms.

Global Blacklist Decisions is a separate optional service for broader-risk checks. It is not required for local protection or for using Premium.

Installation and configuration

Install Blacklist Manager and its Premium extension in WordPress. Configure protection rules and workflows in the plugin’s administration areas, reviewing risk signals, automation actions, payment checks, device settings, verification options, and integrations before enabling them for live orders.

Set up suspect and blocklist workflows to review identities and manage confirmed abuse. Configure customer notices and administrator alerts, then use activity history and dashboard information to monitor decisions. Premium is intended for stores that need automated risk actions, payment or device intelligence, phone OTP, detailed activity history, multi-store tools, or advanced integrations.
