Chaty Pro for WordPress: Chat and Contact Widgets
Chaty Pro is a WordPress extension that displays a floating widget with messaging and contact settings. Visitors can choose WhatsApp or WhatsApp Business, Facebook Messenger, Viber, Slack, Telegram, Instagram Direct Messenger, TikTok, Line Messenger, email, SMS, phone calls, Google Maps, Waze and other supported channels. This lets them contact your business through a service they already use, or take an action such as calling or finding your location.
Chat and contact channels in one widget
Chaty Pro is a WordPress extension that displays a floating widget with messaging and contact settings. Visitors can choose WhatsApp or WhatsApp Business, Facebook Messenger, Viber, Slack, Telegram, Instagram Direct Messenger, TikTok, Line Messenger, email, SMS, phone calls, Google Maps, Waze and other supported channels. This lets them contact your business through a service they already use, or take an action such as calling or finding your location.
You can also use JavaScript to launch supported live chat apps, including Chatway, Tidio, Chatra, Formilla, Zoho, Zendesk, LiveChat, Crisp, Intercom, JivoChat and Olark.
WhatsApp chat view and agents
Visitors can open WhatsApp from a button or use a popup styled like a WhatsApp chat window to start a message on your website. When they send it, they continue the conversation in WhatsApp. The Pro chat view works with merge tags such as the page title, URL and WooCommerce product name, so popup text can reflect the page or product being viewed. You can also set a default WhatsApp message and an email subject line.
Chat agents let you add multiple contacts to one channel. For example, separate WhatsApp agents can direct users to sales or support. Agents are available for WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger and more than 20 other chat channels.
Display rules and business controls
Create separate widgets or choose which channels appear on particular pages, products, categories or landing pages. Pro targeting options also include URLs, traffic sources, countries, WPML multilingual sites, available days and hours, and date scheduling.
- Duplicate widgets and adjust their appearance with custom CSS.
- Blur the screen while the chat icons are open, or change the page title to draw attention to them.
- Use Google Analytics support to track widget activity.
- Add a contact form that sends leads by email, with Mailchimp or Klaviyo integration and Google reCAPTCHA.
Setup
Add Chaty Pro to your WordPress website, create a widget and select the channels you want to show. Enter the relevant contact details, such as your WhatsApp number, then configure display rules, schedules, popup text and integrations before placing the widget on your site.
