Request a Quote for WooCommerce - Get a Quote Button Pro lets shoppers ask about pricing before placing an order. It supports enquiries about bulk orders, custom products, selected variations, shipping details, and alternative products.

Place quote buttons where shoppers need them

Add a button to a single product page, below the product grid, or on the cart page. Use a custom shortcode to place one elsewhere on the site. Pro also includes a generator for adding buttons to WooCommerce hooks and lets you add custom Get a Quote buttons from the Elementor editor.

Choose the button text, typography, size, spacing, color, location, and appearance, then set the popup width. After form submission, you can redirect shoppers to a thank-you page or close the popup when submission succeeds.

Set which products use quotes

Pro rules can target products, categories, tags, variations, featured products, product types, stock statuses, visitor statuses, and user roles. For a price-on-request workflow, conceal the product price and Add to Cart button when the quote button is enabled. Variable products are supported, and Pro can include the shopper’s selected variations in the email.

Collect product and cart details

The multi-product quote system includes full options and mini-quote widgets. Add a quote button to the cart page to collect details about all cart entries. You can also create multiple quote buttons, each using a various contact form for a specific product group.

Quote emails can go to the WooCommerce product vendor or author email address. Include product details such as the title, price, SKU, ID, URL, stock status, and variations. The product title can also appear in the email body and popup form.

Connect a form and configure the workflow

Quote button popups display a form from Contact Form 7 or WPForms; one of these form plugins is required. Cloudflare Turnstile is supported. The extension is responsive on tablets and smartphones, RTL-ready, and supports multilingual setups using WPML or Polylang.

Install and activate the Pro extension, then open Dashboard > Quote Button to configure and save the button text, styling, visibility rules, popup width, and product conditions. Install and configure Contact Form 7 or WPForms, select the form for each quote button, and place buttons using the product-page settings, cart settings, shortcode, hooks, or Elementor. Test a product variation and the resulting email before publishing the workflow.
