WP101 Personal is a paid plan for the WP101 Video Tutorial Plugin. It places a library of professionally produced tutorial videos inside a client’s WordPress administration panel, where clients can consult lessons while managing their website.

Which tutorials appear depends on the website

The library includes WordPress 101 tutorials for Gutenberg and the Classic Editor. It also covers WooCommerce, Elementor, Beaver Builder, Ninja Forms, and WPForms. A plugin’s tutorials appear when that plugin is installed and activated on the same site.

There is an additional condition for earlier Classic Editor videos: if the Classic Editor plugin is installed and activated, videos for WordPress 4.9 and older can also appear. You can control their visibility through the options.

Choose what clients see

In the WP101 Plugin app, you can display or hide individual videos and manage entire courses. You can also add custom videos for instructions about a site’s process, structure, or client handover. Custom videos appear at the bottom of the tutorial list.

Clients can revisit lessons as questions come up, which can reduce repeated explanations of routine WordPress tasks.

Connect the video library

Obtain an API key for WP101 and enter it in the WP101 Plugin settings. The key connects the plugin to the tutorial video library. You can also define the key in the site’s wp-config.php file with the WP101_API_KEY constant. Once the key is configured, review the available courses and videos, hide content the site does not need, then add custom videos where appropriate.
