Paid form capabilities

  • Email subscription forms: collect information for email subscriptions.
  • Multi-page forms: divide longer forms across multiple pages.
  • File uploads: let users submit files through a form.
  • Conditional logic: adapt form fields to a user’s selections.
  • Additional payment integrations: extend payment settings beyond those in the Lite edition.

WPForms supports payment forms using Stripe, Square, and PayPal. These can be used for bookings and orders, while other form types support feedback, registration, surveys, quizzes, donations, and subscriptions. Available fields include star ratings, repeater fields, survey fields, and multi-page layouts. Email marketing connections can send submitted information into a broader marketing process.

Forms are responsive and mobile-friendly, and can be embedded on a page. The add-on is described as optimized for frontend and backend speed.
