Customer Email Verification for WooCommerce Pro
Customer Email Verification for WooCommerce Pro lets store administrators require email confirmation from new registrations and existing customers, with the option to exclude selected visitor roles. Verification can also respond to account and order events, so store rules can cover more than signup.

What can unverified users access?
Pro lets you restrict unverified customers from selected products, shop pages, categories, tags, the cart, or custom URLs. You can also block checkout, prevent guests from adding products to the cart, block WooCommerce order emails for non-verified users, and restrict the Thank you (Order received) page. Customize the message shown when someone reaches blocked content.
When can verification take place?
You can verify a customer after a password reset or when one of their non-free orders is considered paid. If a customer changes their email address, Pro can mark the account unverified, log the customer out, and resend an activation link.
Administrators can manually verify or unverify users, resend activation links, and delete unverified users manually or on an automated schedule. Verification can be applied to current customers, and selected user roles can be excluded.
How are messages and emails handled?
Customize activation and verification email titles, headings, and content. Choose a Plain, WooCommerce, or Smart email template, and tailor frontend verification messages to explain what customers need to do.
A REST API endpoint is available for verifying users through an API-based process.
