Checkout layout options
MultiStep Checkout for WooCommerce Premium divides the classic WooCommerce checkout into stages such as login, billing, shipping, order review, and payment. Customers move through the stages in sequence, while store options control their order and presentation.
Choose from 14 layouts across three styles:
- Horizontal: Horizontal Box, Horizontal Arrow, Closed Arrow, Timeline, Simple Dot Format, Looped Box, Tab Format, and Custom Separator.
- Vertical: Vertical Box, Vertical Arrow, Vertical Box with Border, and Vertical Arrow with Border.
- Accordion: Classic Accordion and Accordion with Icons.
Step order and checkout controls
Rearrange steps, or enable and disable them to fit the checkout workflow. Billing and shipping can share a step. Order review and payment can appear separately, with Order Review remaining visible on the right while Payment has its own step.
The coupon form can be moved above the payment section, and a Back to Cart option can be added for clients who need to return to their cart.
Field validation and step content
Required fields can be validated before a customer continues to the next step. Add text, instructions, or other custom content within checkout steps to provide information relevant to that stage.
A progress bar can appear below the multistep layout, with a selectable style. You can also set background colors for active and inactive steps and custom step titles.
Theme and builder compatibility
The plugin is listed as compatible with Astra, Avada, Divi builders, Storefront, OceanWP, Flatsome, Sydney, and Hestia.
Setup
